My name is Shirley and I live in a small country town in South East Queensland, Australia and we would like to welcome you to my world.

I have always enjoyed travelling and meeting different people from other parts of australia and around the world. Over the Years I have met some real charaters but unfortunately due to a change in circumstances in 2005 my traveling dreams have had to cease for a while.

That was almost 7years ago now. I guess you could say I am definately suffeing from withdrawal symptoms. The freedom of the road and the excitement of visiting new places and camping in remote and romantic area’s.

I am still in touch with many of the people I met over the years while traveling and they still share their stories and pictures with me which is great. I really look forward to receiving their e-mails.

As anyone who is housebound for a number of years knows, it is hard to keep yourself occupied. So about 3 Years ago I started building websites on topics that interested me or subjects that my children would often ask for information on.

Today everything has changed for me professionally and personally.

Professionally it will not be long before I am traveling again throughout Australia bringing Respite and Support Services to those in need in the more remote area’s, of this great country of ours.
